I can and have spent all day on my feet, on concrete, and still felt great and energized. Great for travel too - the Velcro strap making putting them on/off a breeze, and no matter how long the walk (or run) from one gate to the next your legs and feet won't hate you. Walking cobblestone streets? Reach for these. And yes, they help my back too. Excellent product; I don't just recommend them. I recommend them most highly!
