But with or without socks they are incredibly comfortable and provide all of the benefits of Shape Ups. These are the most comfortable of the Skechers or MBTs that I own, and also the most cost effective. They are half the weight of the expensive MBTs, and the only fitness shoes that can be worn all day without becoming annoying. What is key here is that wearing fitness shoes makes your feet perspire due to constant balancing. This is what provides the exercise benefits, but invariably your feet get hot. These open sandals solve that problem nicely.
