(More customer reviews)I don't think that I would choose these shoes to run in because they do not have a very good insole(Not enough cushion) but I use them to walk in and they are okay. I didn't like them when I first tried them on because of the insole issue, and almost returned them but after wearing them around the house for awhile I decided to keep them. So far I've gone on a couple of walks of around 2 miles or so and no issues yet.
