They support my arches so I'm not walking on the inside of my foot. They are so cushy that I feel I am walking on a cloud. They are the best thing that could have happened to a flip flop. I highly recommend these sandals. Not only do they work you legs and buttocks but they look stylish as well. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!!!
